In 1991, CIMLEC Industry started up a quality process with the appointment of a quality officer and setting up a Total Quality Management System. These efforts were rewarded in 1998 with first certification.

1. Ensure that all of our products comply with relevant safety and regulatory requirements. Therefore, we maintain and continually improve the effectiveness of our product and service business management systems to conform at a minimum to ISO 9001 Quality
Management Standard or more stringent or legally required standards as dictated by specific markets.
2. Ensure safe working conditions for everyone, respecting legal standards. Continually monitor the quality of our customer interactions, with the intent to improve our customer’s total experience.
3. Respect of environmental legislation, regulations and management practices through recycling and promotion of environmental responsibility amongst our employees.

ISO 9001 standard gives the requirements for quality management systems, is now firmly established as the globally implemented standard for providing assurance about the ability to satisfy quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationships.
